What surprises me the most is not that it sold for $226,000 but that absent the knowledge of the car’s true worth and armed only with a picture of his old, rusting, motor & trnsitionless vehicle, that he opened up the bidding at $500; I would have loved to see how he spun these highlights on ebay, that’s all I’m saying.
